File a complaint

Any complaint against a gaming operator, whether it concerns a payment, a blocked account, a delay, or a malfunction, must first be addressed directly to the operator in question. You have the option to submit your complaint to Global eGaming Authority by contacting us via email through the link below. By initiating this process, you agree to the terms and conditions of complaint handling and confirm that you have read and understood the associated information. By using this free service, you will have the opportunity to present all relevant details regarding your complaint to GGA, which will also allow the operator to respond. If necessary, the player will be given another opportunity to provide additional clarifications. At the end of this process, GGA will issue a final decision. All parties agree to accept this ruling and waive their right to take legal action against the other party. Furthermore, GGA prohibits the transfer or resale of complaints to third parties.

Self-Exclusion

The self-exclusion option is an intermediary service provided by Global eGaming Authority. By submitting a self-exclusion request, the player initiates a voluntary procedure with GGA, which will contact the gaming operator to suspend its services for the requested duration.
