Global eGaming Authority (GGA) provides intermediary assistance to help resolve disputes between critical suppliers and operators when direct resolution attempts have been unsuccessful.
Before submitting a dispute to GGA, any claim involving a GGA-accredited B2C operator and related to a supplier
(e.g., payment disputes, contractual disagreements, or terms and conditions issues) must first be addressed directly with the concerned B2C operator.
If no resolution is reached, the B2B supplier may escalate the matter to GGA by clicking the link below.
By doing so, they agree to the terms and conditions of the B2B dispute resolution process.
This free service allows the B2B complainant to present their claim to GGA, which will also grant the B2C operator
the opportunity to respond. If necessary, the supplier will be given a chance to provide additional details before GGA issues a final decision.
While parties are not required to accept GGA's decision, they must certify the accuracy of the information provided
and ensure that all statements are truthful.
Any misrepresentation or falsification of facts may result in legal consequences.
